libgtkpod1 software package provides main library for the gtkpod package, shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtkpod1
libgtkpod1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtkpod1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtkpod1 *
You will get with libgtkpod1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
